WHAT WE DO

Law & Law Enforcement

The Law and Law Enforcement division plays a pivotal role in the authority. This section upholds all the legal matters of the authority. The duties and the responsibilities of this division are as follows.

Functions of the Law and Law Enforcement Division

  • Conduct investigations on violation of rights and entitlements protected by Sections 3,4,5 and 6 of the Act
  • Handling matters filed by the Authority or filed against the Authority before the court of law
  • Drafting contracts on behalf of the Authority
